Ideal candidates will have an active physical therapy license, current BLS, and be able to pass background and drug screening. Travel compensation includes housing/meals and weekly pay.

• Current Resume
• Active or Pending State License as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy (PT)
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
