The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist with LTC experience, able to work days, and committed to delivering high‑quality therapy services while supporting care teams across the facility.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with eligibility to practice in South Carolina.
• Experience in long term care or SNF settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel and commit to a 13‑week assignment.

Responsibilities
