Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a long term acute care facility in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. This contract covers 13 weeks with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour shifts.

The position requires Kentucky PT licensure and at least 1 year of PT experience. You will collaborate with patients, families, and facility staff to deliver high-quality care and support during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Kentucky.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care per facility guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers.
• May delegate/supervise PT assistants and technicians.
