You will join a healthcare team and contribute to comprehensive rehabilitation plans throughout the contract period. Candidates must hold an MT PT license, have at least 1 year of PT experience, and be prepared to collaborate with physicians and diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Active MT Physical Therapist license is required.
• 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience is required.
• BLS certification may be required by facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
