Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• State licensure in the practice state (CA) required.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Preferred: two years of Physical Therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Apply clinical techniques and tools to therapy interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate with assigned assistants.
• Document clinical notes and discharge/care plans.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
