Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year clinical experience.
• Current state license as Registered Physical Therapist (or actively in the process of licensing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Additional requirements as determined by client facility.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessment and treatment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. The role includes:

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, documenting condition and progress.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs in collaboration with physicians.
• Set realistic goals, monitor results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and restrictions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate and achieve patient goals.
