Job Details

• Position Description: Unit notes emphasize local placements with an 80-mile radius, involving work in skilled nursing facilities and home health settings. No on-call or callback duties are required.
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience; license to submit; placement begins on 10/12/2026 and ends on 01/11/2027.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Clinical guarantee of 36 hours per week for twelve‑hour shifts or 40 hours for eight to ten‑hour shifts. Work week runs from Sunday through Saturday. Charting is completed via Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Occasional coverage at other facilities may be required.
