Qualifications

• Active state Occupational Therapy license.
• Active BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates accepted).
• Mandatory Reporter certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Willing to work holidays during the winter season; may be asked to work two of three major holidays.
• Weekend coverage will be requested as available, with flexibility to adjust weekday shifts.
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Work history and skills checklist specific to the discipline is required.
• A supervisory reference form completed within the last two years is necessary.
