Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Seattle, WA. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement a plan of care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve goals.

This travel role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, NPTE eligibility or licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience. Weekly pay, housing or housing allowance, and comprehensive benefits are provided, with travel reimbursements and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in process for current state licensure as PT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• The PT assesses referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provides direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
