Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 52-week assignment in Medford, MA. The role involves evaluating patients, designing personalized rehab plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Candidates must hold a valid PT license, BLS certification, and preferably a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads are welcome to apply; licensure or certifications may be required for certain settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as required.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
