The PT will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and work with a healthcare team to achieve mobility and functional outcomes in a new clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Active FL Physical Therapist license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience.
• BLS certification may be required by the facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes.
