Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bossier City, LA. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the chance to work with a dedicated clinical team across hospital and rehab settings.

- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and determine treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
- Coordinate with physicians and other clinicians for optimal care.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
- Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
- Assist with discharge planning and community/home-based transitions.
