TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist for an assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. This 13-week travel position offers 40 hours per week, with dayshift opportunities and a pay package aligned to 8-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates will have ASHA-SLP national certification, BLS, and state licensure, with at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred). The role focuses on diagnosing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in acute care settings, with

Competenze

• 1 year of experience preferred for SLP; 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates.
• Must have ASHA-SLP National Certification and state licensure.
• BLS certification is required.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create treatment and therapy plans tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes.
• Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, including family, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
