TotalMed Allied seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ketchikan, Alaska. The position runs 40 hours per week with 8-hour days, and requires active state licensure and BLS. Travel experience preferred, new grads may apply.

Expect responsibilities across supervising staff, documentation, and care plan management. Compensation is based on shifts with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months PT experience; 1 year preferred for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state license required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and to read medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff as needed.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Comply with state PT board rules and regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center staff and physicians for plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment needs for patients.
• Evaluate and modify plan of care as patient condition evolves.
• Use hospital systems for daily tasks and documentation.
