Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license or in licensure process for PT/PTA.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs and modifies care to meet goals of interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
