Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Raytown, MO. The role offers a 40-hour work week with a dayshift schedule and benefits the traveler with competitive pay and comprehensive clinical support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Support discharge planning for smooth transitions to home or community settings.
