Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Ogallala, Nebraska.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week on a 9-hour daytime shift. Eligible candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a BPT with NPTE and have at least one year of experience, plus an active license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in-process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
