Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, creating evidence-based plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- New Grads welcome to apply; Doctorate preferred; other licenses may be required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
- Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely.
- Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and self-management.
- Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based settings.
- Perform other duties within scope of practice.
