- Implement treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
- Assist with discharge planning and transitions to home-based settings.
