Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate preferred; new grads considered.
• Active credentialing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement rehab plans.
• Apply PT treatments and monitor progress.
• Document evaluations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team for coordinated treatment.
• Educate patients on home programs.
• Maintain infection control and safety.
