Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• WA license information and credentialing must be in place at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients across travel assignments.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure credentialing requirements are met prior to each assignment.
