Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Health Physical Therapy services to patients in travel assignments
• Assist patients in recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective care in diverse settings
