Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will provide skilled PT services, perform soc/reassessments, and discharge planning while working a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage in a travel contract.

The role covers Mecklenburg and Union counties, with 8:00am–4:30pm shifts, and benefits designed for travelers including housing, medical benefits, and license reimbursement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Active license
Master's

SOC, reassessments, discharges, and some subsequent visits
Coverage areas include Mecklenburg and Union counties
