Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Kosciusko, Mississippi. This travel role covers 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, performing in-home patient visits and supervising PTAs in multiple counties.

You’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. The position requires an accredited PT degree, active license, and BLS as applicable, with comprehensive benefits

Minimum Requirements

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Weekend and on-call requirement: yes.
• Coverage area includes Attala County, Neshoba County, Kemper County, and Winston County.
• Responsibilities include in-home patient visits, PTA supervision, admissions, evaluations, and reassessments.
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
• Dress code: royal blue.
