Cross Country Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Dickinson, North Dakota. This 13-week engagement involves home health CPT visits, start of care, recertification and follow-up care with 40 hours per week on days.

The ideal candidate holds a ND PT license (or applicable state), BLS, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, with 1 year of experience preferred. Short orientation with a preceptor will be provided.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist Home Health in a home health setting. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on patient rehabilitation and mobility. The position offers a short-term assignment with flexible training and orientation.

Job Details

• Certifications and Requirements: BLS certification, New Jersey Physical Therapy License, valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance. Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits, including start of care, recertification, and resumption of care. Typical workload involves 5-6 visits per day, with the possibility of 3 additional visits if performing an admission assessment.
• Additional Information: Candidates should preferably have prior home health experience and OASIS training. The role may involve performing safety assessments and patient education during visits. Short orientation with a preceptor for 1-2 weeks will be provided.
