VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health contract in Kennewick, WA. The role is travel-based, with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts, serving home health patients across the designated territory.

Required are HH and HCHB experience, at least 1 year of adult home health, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license. The pay range is $2,657.20–$2,790.06 per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Qualifications

• HH and HCHB experience required
• Minimum 1 year of adult home health experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy services during home health visits
• Support start-of-care and follow-up visits
• Document patient care and visit activities in HCHB
• Manage an assigned home health caseload across the territory
• Maintain productivity expectations (approx. 30 points/week)
