Job description

Role: Travel Home Health Physical Therapist responsible for patient recovery, managing chronic conditions, and overseeing care in diverse settings.



  • Responsibilities: Conduct resumption of care, start of care, discharges, and supervise PTA, ensuring quality patient outcomes.

  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call duties.

  • Coverage Area: Marion and Hamilton counties.

  • Productivity: Meet 30-point productivity expectations.

  • Travel & Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursed between visits; travel and license expenses covered.
