As a Physical Therapist, you will work with 10-13 patients daily, assessing their needs, crafting customized therapy plans, and collaborating with their care teams. Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient to help them meet mobility goals.
• Work closely with each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.
