Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Guthrie, Oklahoma. You will assess patients, design personalized rehab plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using various PT modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients/caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
