Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate patient care plans for all ages.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on referrals and evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate therapy.
• Provide patient and family education on transfer techniques and equipment use.
