Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring full-time clinicians to evaluate, design, and implement patient plans of care while engaging in community service. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, collaboration with physicians, and mentoring staff across clinics.

Qualifications

• Education: Degreed from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or equivalent).
• Work Experience: 1-2 years of Athletico PT experience.
• Certification/Licensure: Active clinician license or compact privileges in the state of practice.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor full patient cycle: evaluation, treatment plan, progress, discharge, and follow-up.
• Accompany patients during physician visits.
• Mentor new clinic staff.
• Complete patient documentation (Evals, progress notes, SOAP, functional reports, etc.).
• Provide local community service (booths, in-services, events, screenings).
• Develop relationships with referral sources (physicians, PAs, ARNPs, chiros, case managers).

Responsibilities:

The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.

• Manage and monitor full patient cycle: perform an initial evaluation, establish a treatment plan, progress treatment and goals, communicate to physician, discharge, and follow-up.
• Accompany patients during their physician visits
• Mentor new clinic staff
• Complete patient documentation in a timely manner including but not limited to, initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, daily S.O.A.P. notes, functional status reports, functional capacity evaluations and insurance/plan of care forms as necessary
• Provide local community service such as hosting a booth, presenting in-services, provide coverage at special events, perform complimentary screenings, etc
• Establish and develop professional relationships with Athletico’s referral sources including, but not limited to, physicians, PAs, ARNPs, chiros, case managers, etc.

Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

Minimum Salary/Wage: USD $94,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary/Wage: USD $114,000.00/Yr.
