Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
• Outpatient PT experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an outpatient setting.
• Willingness to adapt schedules to meet a 36-hour workweek as outlined.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-hour PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver 45-minute daily treatments and track patient progress.
• Collaborate with a rehabilitation team (PTs, OTs, SLP) to coordinate care.
• Manage a diverse outpatient patient population with orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries.
• Document care and progress in the EMR; EPIC experience is preferred.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs, activity modification, and discharge planning.
