Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gainesville, Florida. This travel position requires 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour shift and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• BLS.
• SNF experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients in various settings.
• Document patient progress and plan of care.
• Collaborate with care teams to adjust treatment plans.
