Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Morgan, CO. This role offers 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts, with start date 11/02/2026.

You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, or rehab settings, creating evidence-based plans to improve mobility and quality of life while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical Therapy experience welcome; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Administer and monitor PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
