Job summary

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Gresham, Oregon. This role is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with a Days shift in a LTC/SNF setting. Start ASAP and travel requirements are part of the contract.

You will join a team focused on exceptional patient care, with strong recruiter support, housing assistance, and a competitive pay package including per diem and stipends as applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon (or eligible)
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification preferred
• Experience in long-term care or SNF settings advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT services in LTC/SNF settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and coordinate with care teams
