Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a travel assignment in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. This position offers 13 weeks of travel work with 40 hours per week, days schedule, and flexible options based on assignment needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, providing patient-centered PT services, coordinating with healthcare teams, and documenting care in line with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long‑term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
