Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience required.

Responsibilities

• Caseload includes orthopedic, neuro, and vestibular patients.
• Self-motivated and driven clinicians should apply due to no case manager currently on site.
