Critical Connection, inc in Belchertown, MA is seeking a licensed travel Physical Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team for a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with a days shift. The role offers travel and local contract options and welcomes new graduates.

You will evaluate and treat patients, provide skilled PT services, monitor progress, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document care per clinical standards, across various clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards.
