Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gillette, WY. The traveler will work 36 hours per week across 12-hour shifts, evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and quality of life.

The role requires a PTA license, BLS, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred; new grads are welcome. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.
• Licensure or additional licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized rehab plans.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses and therapists.
• Educate patients on home exercise and safety.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist in discharge planning and community/home care transitions.
