Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fork Union, Virginia. Start date 09/28/2026 for a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts in a SNF setting.

Minimum requirements include a PT degree (AT PTA) and an active, unrestricted license in the state. BLS may be required. Comprehensive benefits, housing assistance, and travel/license reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state Physical Therapist license to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by some facilities.
