Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This role offers 40 hours per week with days shift, and requires an active Physical Therapy license in Tennessee and a current BLS certification.

As part of a supportive clinical team, you will evaluate and treat patients across settings, develop rehab plans, and participate in discharge planning while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in TN in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based plans.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans with various techniques and modalities.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
