Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the United States.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify functional needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians.
• Educate patients on home exercise and safety.
• Ensure infection control and safe therapy environment.
• Assist discharge planning for community or home care.
