Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Lewisburg, West Virginia. You will evaluate patients and deliver therapy services while documenting care per the plan of care and physician orders. This position offers a 38-hour work week with competitive weekly pay.

Requirements include current PT licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited PT program, and CPR as applicable. Prior PT experience is preferred. Medical benefits are available per employment status.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and assess therapy needs.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care.
• Follow physician orders and adhere to applicable regulations.
