Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and quality of life, working in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Requirements include a valid PT license, current BLS certification, and the ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New Grads welcome to apply (preferred).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
