You will support patient care through clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope, document progress, operate relevant equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team
