Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Ohio. The PT will evaluate and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers, creating personalized plans and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development to stay current.
• Assist with discharge planning for smooth transitions.
