Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves assessing patients needing rehabilitation, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct patient care under physician orders.

Requirements include a Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, 1+ year experience, state PT licensure, CPR, and other facility-specific criteria. Travel, housing or housing allowance, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience as a PT
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with realistic goals.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
