Qualifications

• 2+ years of physical therapy experience.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States
• Travel-friendly and able to handle assignments across locations.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
• Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
