Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Seneca, SC. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a supportive clinical team. You will evaluate patients, create personalized rehabilitation plans, and apply evidence-based treatments in hospital or outpatient settings.

Requirements include a valid PT license, current BLS, and a willingness to travel. Doctorate in physical therapy is preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; experience welcomed for travel roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized rehab plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
