Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The role focuses on assisting patients to improve mobility and comfort under a PT’s supervision in SNF settings.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active State License, and preferably BLS certification. The position requires flexibility to travel and collaborate across diverse healthcare environments.
